Terms of Service

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Welcome to Scenelet (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using scenelet.com and related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be of the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.

2. Credits & payments

The Platform uses “credits” as the billing unit for running scenes, buyouts, and subscriptions. Credits are a prepaid service allotment and, except as required by law or stated herein, consumed credits are non-refundable.

We may adjust credit pricing and scene prices; changes apply only to new orders going forward and do not affect prior orders. Real-money payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms as well.

3. Creator terms & revenue split

By publishing a scene as a creator, you represent that you own or are authorized to publish the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Each sale is split between the Platform and the creator using the commission rate captured as a snapshot at checkout. Absent a per-scene or a special custom rate, the Platform’s then-current global default commission applies. Creator earnings settle via Stripe and require valid payout details and compliance verification; we may freeze settlement in cases of suspected fraud, refund disputes, or violations.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

  • upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content (including fake reviews or misleading descriptions);
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the Platform’s billing, authentication, or security mechanisms;
  • scrape without authorization, bulk-access, or launch denial-of-service-style attacks against the service;
  • impersonate others or misuse another person’s account, credits, or API credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform’s own software, brand, and interface belong to Scenelet. Creators retain rights to the content they publish and grant the Platform a non-exclusive license as necessary to provide, display, distribute, and bill for that content.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates third-party components (such as payment and payout services). These are provided by the respective third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their conduct or availability.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with reasonable notice (or immediately in urgent cases), if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
